About this data

• UKMO Global forecast: UKMO Global (Unified Model) 10km deterministic – British Crown copyright Met Office, via Open-Meteo Open Data – CC BY-SA 4.0
• Trial page: the first page on a new, second data pipeline (a small always-on server rather than the site's usual GitHub Actions jobs) run alongside the existing one to see how well it holds up. This feed does not yet run on a fixed schedule, so it may go stale between manual updates — check the freshness dot above for its actual age.
• Model runs: four runs a day (00, 06, 12 and 18 UTC), each becoming available some hours after its nominal time. The 00 and 12 UTC runs reach 7 days (T+168h); 06 and 18 UTC stop at two and a half days (T+60h).
• Deterministic, not a probability: this is a single model solution, so it shows one possible outcome rather than a range. Treat it as guidance on pattern and timing, not as a forecast of exact totals at a place.
• Isobars (MSLP): on by default; switch off in the panel above if you just want rainfall. H/L pressure centres are labelled with their central pressure in hPa.
